Department: Information Management
Information Management provides support to CX subsidiaries in the business scope of Cargo Terminal, Passenger Handling, Ramp Handling and Laundry Services.
Responsibilities:
- Act as frontline technician to respond to requests for technical assistance
- Provide all desktop responsibilities (Install, Move, Add and Change activities)
- Diagnose technical hardware and software issues
- Liaise with users and appropriate parties to resolve problems and follow up
Requirements:
- At least 1-2 years’ experience in IT Desk side supports
- Experience in installing and troubleshooting front end devices including PC, Printers, Mobile phones etc
- Knowledgeable of installing and troubleshooting PC windows software, printer queue/drivers, iOS, Android etc
- Preferred to have knowledge in Airwatch and Office 365
- Proficient in computer skills including MS Excel, Word, Powerpoint and Chinese Word processing etc
- Good communication skill and focus on team work
- 5 days work, shift duty is required
- Working location mainly in Airport area and Yuen Long subject to work arrangement
