Scheduled Cargo Collection

We offer scheduled cargo collection for import shipments. Dedicated truck docks will be allocated to freight forwarders at the scheduled time, streamlining the handling process.

Empty ULD Release

Freight forwarders who have obtained approval by the airline can reserve a time slot to collect their empty ULDs.

Pre-arrival Customs Clearance

Freight forwarders can also authorise us to perform clearance procedures with the Hong Kong Customs and Excise Department before collection.
