Department: Procurement

This role is on shared services basis, providing support to CX subsidiaries in the business scope of Cargo Terminal, Passenger Handling, Ramp Handling, Laundry Services and non-food items for Catering Operations.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the development and implementation of strategies of the spent area
• Execute Category Management and Supplier Relationship Management of assigned suppliers
• Drive values and benefit, support and initiate continuous improvement to the company through the procurement process
• Implement the procurement process efficiently and effectively
• Responsible for handling enquires, negotiation, order placing and any procurement related tasks
• Handle all commercial claims
• Manage reporting, filing and administrative duties as required
• Any ad hoc duties as assigned by your superior
• Less experience will be considered as Procurement Specialist

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree holder in Procurement & Supply, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or related disciplines.
• Minimum 6 years solid experience in sizable organizations with exposure to tender and contract preparation, procurement policies and procedures review and supply management.
• Ability to keep abreast of trends, capable of negotiation, self-motivated with mature business acumen
• Effective communication skills in written and spoken English and Chinese with proven ability to work closely with the stakeholder of departments within the company
• Good understanding and experience in corporate governance and compliance
• Work independent, positive attitude and with high initiative and integrity
• Knowledge in SAP system, TOGO system and vendor evaluation tools e.g CISQAS are preferable
• Computer proficiency
