This position provides support to CX subsidiaries in the business scope of Cargo Terminal, Passenger Handling, Ramp Handling, Laundry Services.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Formulate commercial strategies to acquire profitable customer airlines and develop new revenue stream
  • Sell products or services by establishing contact with potential clients and recommend solutions according to clients’ requirement
  • Evaluate resources spent in operation and analyze the business impact through resources projection and cost calculation for discussion with management and decide negotiation approach to airlines
  • Prepare business proposals and quotations in responding to RFQ, RFI and RFP or other business enquires when required
  • Review contracts, service level agreements and tender documents to maximize the benefit of the companies
  • Participate in commercial negotiations i.e. pricing, incentive, service terms and conditions
  • Prepare monthly financial and management reports.
  • Collaborate on various interdepartmental projects to ensure that the company’s operations comply with the related industry data protection policies and standards mandatorily required by IATA, and the requirement from clients
  • Act as the contact of handling business enquiries from potential customers, and promoting the company services
  • Assist in preparing yearly budget for the Commercial Department
  • Run various business and revenue analysis reports for management to review

 

Requirements:

  • Degree holder or above
  • University graduate in commercial related disciplines, preferably in marketing or accounting.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in aviation industry including 3 years at supervisory level in commercial and business development areas
  • Flexible, good at multi-tasking with can-do attitude under fast changing business environment
  • Number savvy with high standard of accuracy and precision
  • Strong business/strategic thinking, negotiation and problem solving skills
  • Promptly respond to client’s queries and concerns
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work together with others as a team
  • Strong English and Chinese communications skills and excellent report writing skills
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word processing
